Cardiff city is the central business district of Cardiff and the capital of Wales. The area is tightly bounded by the River Taff to the west, the Civic centre to the north and railway lines and two railway stations - Central and Queen Street - to the south and east respectively.

Cardiff has changed dramatically over the past few years and is noticeable more so for visitor emerging from the railway station, as the Millennium Stadium dominates the skyline on in the city centre. Both in the city centre itself and at the equally impressive Cardiff Bay development, home to the Wales Millennium Centre the rejuvenation is still strong.
